If you require confirmation of a Worker’s ability to perform the occupational requirements, please contact us. For Workers that require accommodation related to a specific bona fide occupational requirement, our experienced staff are able to work with your Company to integrate the worker into the work area through job modification, suggestions for cost effective alternate equipment or possible responsibility sharing with other Workers.
Employers are able to make ethical and responsible corporate decisions regarding accommodation or undue hardship only if the Worker’s accommodation requirements are known and documented. Our goal is the employment of all Workers in Alberta. We understand that Employers must consider any possible implications related to; financial costs, the size and resources of the Employer, the potential for disruption of operations, potential for morale problems of other employees, the risk of substantial interference related to the rights of other workers, the limited interchangeability of work forces, and Company specific health and safety concerns. Let us help your Company make informed decisions regarding your most important force multiplier…your Workers. Call us at 403 394 9075 for details.
