OH&S AB Requirements

HealthyWorker specifically assists Employers and Workers to meet their Occupational Health and Occupational Hygiene requirements. Our professional staff follow the federal, provincial and local legislation related to the provision of these services. Our staff regularly assists Employers to develop Company Policies and Procedures that are compliant with these requirements for Alberta. In order to determine the risks at an Employer’s location, our staff can assist the Employer to determine the Bona Fide Occupational Requirements for each position including the Physical Demands Analysis, Noise Exposure, Hearing Conservation requirements, Air Quality components, appropriate Respiratory Protective Equipment, and potential Ergonomic changes to work processes to reduce the risk of acute or chronic injury in the workplace.
